Full of grace & coordination

Took the garbage out last night. Slipped on the ice and fell. Now my back is in agony.

FUCK!

That's twice I've fallen this week -- once from the leap from death and once from a combo of clumsiness and gravity.

GODAMMIT!

And up to that point, it had been a relatively good day.
